About this position
 
Technical Cleanliness Manufacturing Team Leader leads a global team of manufacturing engineers whose purpose is manufacturing technology development, standardization, and improvement. MTT Team Members are representatives from all regions, product lines, and design centers.
 
Responsibilities and duties
     * Own the technical solutions for Electrostatic discharge (ESD), Technical Cleanliness, Material Handling Processes: Benchmarking, Class A Equipment, Design Standards, Required Practices, Education and Training.
     * Create global Manufacturing solutions for ESD, Technical Cleanliness, Material Handling Processes.
     * Coach and develop worldwide Subject matter experts (SME's) on the preferred ESD, Technical Cleanliness, Material Handling manufacturing processes.
     * Drive standard ESD, Technical Cleanliness, Material Handling Strategy that provide exceptional products to our customers at an acceptable cost.
     * Function as liaison between Manufacturing Floor and Design Centers to design new products for manufacturing.
     * Support Advanced development of new final assembly processes and maintain technology roadmaps..
     * Travel globally as needed-could be up to 25% of the time

Position Requirements
 
Basic qualifications
     * Bachelor’s Degree (BSME or equivalent)
     * 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Processes
     * Six Sigma Green belt certification or equivalent
     * 5+ years in a leadership role
     * 5+ years of experience in Electronic Clean Room
 
Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)
     * Strong Organization Skills
     * S2020 Certification in ESD
     * Certification in Technical Cleanliness
