Recruiting Consultant

Boutique advisory and search firm executing high profile searches in the data, technology, and quantitative trading verticals is looking to invest in and nurture the next generation of recruiting consultants. Your day to day will consist of developing a candidate pipeline leveraging Integra's database and newly developed channels. Over time, cold calling will be replaced over with targeted introductions based on warm referrals. You will ultimately develop your own style when communicating with candidates.

 You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge of the top organizations in the global asset management, trading, and technology verticals. You will build meaningful relationships with some of the smartest people in their respective industry and advise them on their career development. Over time, you will also assist the same candidates as they build out organizations and seek advice on team building strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience

B.A. or B.S. Outstanding listening skills. A history of building meaningful relationships (personal or professional). Highly motivated and driven but patient at the same time. Experience interning/summer position with a customer orientation is a must. Interest in technology even if you cannot read or write code. Must be willing to take risks and deviate from prescribed path.
