Seeking New Family Physician MD’s, DO’s,

 

 

Northwest Human Services is seeking Board Certified Family Practice MD’s or DO’s to join our growing Community Healthcare Clinics located in Salem, and Monmouth, Oregon.

 

  • Northwest Human Services is NSHC-approved site and eligible for a Student Loan Repayment Programs with a HPSA Score of 17. We also offer sign on Bonus, Relocation, and bonus incentives for those who are committed to working with us.

     

  • We have been serving residents of the Willamette Valley since 1971. Programs include; The West Salem and Total Health Community Clinics. The West Salem Clinic and Total Health

  • Our Community Healthcare Clinic offers comprehensive primary care services to insured, underinsured and uninsured individuals of all ages and incomes. We are expanding and seeking several experienced Family Practice Physicians (MD’s or DO’s) to provide expert primary care to patients in specialty area at our busy Joint Commission accredited, Federally Qualified Health Center at our West Salem Clinic and Total Health Community Clinic in Salem and Monmouth, Oregon.

     

    Essential Duties and major responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary care services to individuals and families in the community. Examines, diagnoses, and treats medical problems.
  • Prepares appropriate treatment plans and provides follow-up and treatment as needed while adhering to clinic policy and procedures. Duties include outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.

 

Qualifications include:

  • Must be licensed or eligible for Oregon Licensure as a Family Practice MD or DO, in the State of Oregon, have prescriptive authority and current DEA certification.
  • Board certified or You must have just completed Your Residency as a MD, or DO and be Board eligible for certification in family medicine, completion of ACGME accredited three year residency program in family medicine and eligible for an Oregon medical license.
  •     Experienced in broad spectrum family medicine.

  •     Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  •     CPR certification required.
