Job Description:

Senior Counselors will perform a number of duties, including:

-       Working 1-on-1 with students aged 14-17 on building their extra-curricular profile and applications.

-       Working alongside the Director of Education and Director of Curriculum Development to create and implement comprehensive curriculum to be used by our 200+ counselors.

-       Spearheading class-based curriculum and online classes for our students (ex - developing and teaching group writing classes).

-       Hiring, managing, and training both part-time and full-time counselors.

Qualifications:

-       Must be a phenomenal writer

-       Must have experience as a teacher or writing instructor

-       Must be extremely hard-working

-       PhD and/or undergraduate teaching experience is optional, but a big bonus
