Academic Advancement Manager at Fast-Growing Edu Startup

Job Description:

The Academic Progress Manager will report to the company’s Director of Student Progress Management. The major job duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Manage students' progress in different programs;

- Enhance communication between parents, students, former admission officers, and counselors;

- Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with families;

- Write monthly reports to parents about students' progress;

- Help solve parents' questions and concerns;

- Design curriculum related to academic planning and application.

- Academic Advancement Managers must be native speakers in Chinese OR Korean. 


Location: We have availabilities in the following locations: 

China - Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen 

Korea - Seoul 

US - New Haven, CT
