FULL-TIME LOWER ELEMENTARY TEACHING POSITIONS FOR 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess current Michigan Elementary Teaching Certificate
- Must meet Michigan Highly Qualified Teacher Requirements
- Preferred ZA/Early Childhood Endorsement
- ESL Endorsement or experience working with English Learners preferred
- Display a strong knowledge of elementary common core Math and ELA standards
- Communicates effectively with parents
- Possess strong, positive leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with other staff in the school
- Possess ability and willingness to plan and implement instruction with grade-level teams
- Possess the ability to interpret data and plan interventions accordingly
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Possess knowledge of differentiated instruction practices and strategies
- Possess strong classroom management skills
