The Product Orderability group is a  business operations group responsible for product implementations in ERP/CRM business applications. The group has global presence in all regions (i.e., North America, Europe and Asia).  It is responsible for application development and configuration management of MSI products to provide better user experiences to our end customers, partners, resellers and Salesforce. We look for the most advanced problem solvers - like you - to help create user friendly guided selling and self service applications for our customers. Provide high quality and on-time product implementations to enable business revenue.


December 2017 and Summer 2018 Gradudates Only. GPA: 3.5+

  • Positions are available for working on a wide range of ERP and CRM applications such as Oracle Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) Cloud, Oracle Configurator.

  • Application Development and Configuration setup for MSI Products and Services in above applications.

  • Develop and maintain data tables, configuration rules and UI/UX to support various platforms (CPQ, Oracle Configurator, Digital Self Service, ECommerce).

  • Participate and deploy process automation initiatives involving Robotic Process Automation and Test Automation .

  • Work with global team of key stakeholders from Product Management, Engineering, IT, Services and Sales team member.

  • Motorola solutions is looking for candidates with strong interests in driving process automation through RPA, Machine learning etc and developing improved UI/UX experience for our Customers, Salesforce and Business Operations.

  • Candidates are expected to work in a team environment utilizing the latest industry standard agile practices for planning and implementation.

Desired Skills:                                                        

  • Understanding of Oracle software products such as Oracle cloud CPQ, R12 Configurator, PLM/EBS and its integration with CRM/ERP systems.

  • Oracle CPQ development using BML programming language.

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

  • Must have one of the following required skills:  C/C++, Java, CSS/HTML, Python, Perl, as well as have an understanding of basic database concepts and writing SQL queries.
