Services Planner
Responsible for managing and driving the execution and maintenance of service
programs. The Install Planner focuses on cross-functional coordination,
implementation, and execution of new and existing service program.
50% Program Maintenance: Responsible for coordinating all aspects of a service program through to in-store and/or at home execution. Including, but not limited to, marketing materials, sku creation/deletion, and cost changes.
25% Customer Service: Responds to inquiries from store associates, services providers, and suppliers. Consistent support to the field leadership team.
15% Data Management: Provide analysis of program performance, provide solutions for increased productivity and continually refine process to meet program needs.
10% Special Projects: Communicate status and performance of program within the team. May serve as a key contributor on various key projects within a business function.
