Sales & Leasing Specialist (Part-Time)

This position will support the Village of Oakland Woods. Under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing, and working along with the village marketing and sales management staff, the Sales & Leasing Specialist will monitor and seek to improve sales activities including: The overall sales process from receptionist’s greeting to closing; Utilization of the PCC or ICAM contact software to monitor the sales process and generate reports; Track sales in relation to goals; The preparation and distribution of sales evaluation materials including the weekly performance of Village and sales staff, Village activity including the number of move-ins/outs, etc.
