Talent and Operations Coordinator

TALENT & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Location: Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA

You Will

  • Drive special projects within the Charlotte office and assist with ad-hoc needs, including market research, SOW and proposal writing, and client onboarding.
  • Act as the liaison between the Charlotte office and corporate HR & Accounting to ensure accurate & optimal resource management, new hire onboarding, and client invoicing
  • Serve as a creative consult - design marketing material, pitch decks, and both internal and external presentations
  • Serve as an in-house resource for employee relations & compliance issues; Escalate issues appropriately
  • Assist in business development procedures - manage contacts and target account plans
  • Prepare materials including: invoicing, preparing billing reports and revenue/burn rate analysis, and monitoring utilization
  • Lead company engagement efforts - manage community and internal events, philanthropy efforts, and company social calendar
  • Keep the office running smoothly—manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and be a generalpoint of contact for all employees as needed

You Have

  • 1-3 years in a professional, business environment; Experience in a management consulting orprofessional services environment preferred
  • Attention to detail; the ability to manage many simultaneous projects, relationships, and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills with both peers and senior level executives
  • An equal ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Can start ASAP
