Hilton Operational Effectiveness Analyst

Participate in the development of Operational Effectiveness (OE), Hilton's internal process improvement which provides improvement to our hotels financial performance through process re engineering of business processes across all hotel disciplines. Applicant must be available to start February 2018.

As a contractor analyst this role will support the installation of OE at properties across the United States. Analysts will:
  • Assist with the development of OE roll out plans
  • Conduct process based observations across various points of execution to assess opportunities for improvement
  • Perform data analysis to support decision criteria for properties and departments priority identification
  • Develop method changes for process improvements
  • Install method changes and track their sustainability
  • Manage schedules for implementation roll out and sustainability activities
This position can be remote based as analysts travel weekly to project locations across the United States. This is a contract position with the potential opportunity to join Hilton full-time after 6-8 months.
