Position Overview:
NITS Solutions seeks a Business Analysts to join our start-up environment in Novi, Michigan. The Business Analyst works throughout the process from requirement-gathering up to implementation of Business Intelligence tools.
The Business Analyst possesses a fusion of technical skills and interpersonal skills - he or she will be exposed to different databases, and will need some knowledge of the SQL programming language; on the other hand, the BA meets regularly with clients and shares findings through presentations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Gather Business and Technical Requirements and clearly defines them.
- Interact with the business end users to drive out business processes and requirements.
- Handle multiple tasks and manage small to large projects in a cross functional and global environments.
- Comprehend data models for applications.
- Perform systems testing and facilitates User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work in a team and collaborative environment.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with managers and client stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Prepare project status reports and timelines.
- Develop and deliver presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Business related fields. Masters preferred.
- Experience with all MS Office Tools.
- Basic SQL language knowledge.
- Prefer experience with Databases such as Oracle or SQL.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
