Tech Writer Intern

• Noble is recruiting for technical writing interns (graduate or undergraduate students) to work with our product, operations, and engineering teams to help create clear, concise and organized documentation. This includes technical writing and light video production so interest/experience in any form of documentation is necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work on internal and external documentation for our products.
• Work closely with product, operations, and engineering to identify documentation needs and evaluate content for technical accuracy.
• Create new documentation by follow internal guidelines and examples.
• Assist with script writing and execution of product demonstration videos.

Qualifications

·       Must be a student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in NYC area.

·       Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

·       Must take pride in your work. (Read: it bothers you if your work isn’t perfect!)

·       Must be flexible/able to deal with a certain amount of ambiguity.

·       Must be good at taking instruction and working collaboratively.

·       Must have solid communication skills, both written and oral.

·       Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment. (Must be able to crank out beautiful documentation in a reasonable period of time).

·       Must be able to work from our NYC office located in the Financial District.

·       Must be able to dedicate 20+ hours/week to Noble Markets. 

·       Must be willing to undergo a paid 1-month trial period with Noble Markets to determine fit.

Compensation

Pay will be competitive based on industry standard.

We are also willing to provide course credit if needed.
