SUPPLY CHAIN ASSOCIATE

ZYNP INCODEL is seeking a successful member to join our Supply Chain team.

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, MS Office Suite, Internet Skills, Organization and Planning, Attention to Details,  Exceptional Telephone and Email Etiquette, Teamwork, Accuracy, Problem Solving Ability, Flexibility, Professionalism, Reporting skills

• Ensure products movement from supplier to customer and prepare shipping documentation

   

• Work with manufacturing locations to reconcile supply and demand imbalances and resolve potential issues

   

• Support new product development efforts or special projects for ZYNP Supply Chain/Program Development Management team

   

• Take part in inventory/physical counting on a consistent basis

   

• Work with Supply Chain team members to understand current and future customer requirements that would impact lead times and manufacturing capacities and communicate those trends to impacted parties

   

• Support the analysis for projects related to new and on-going enhancements to the physical supply chain network, including the investigation of alternative distribution options intended to improve processes, lower transportation expenses and improve service levels

   

• Analyze all documentation such as Bills of Lading, Invoices and Custom forms

• Establish and maintain collaborating relationships with customers, vendors and supply chain staff in North America, South America, Europe and Asia

   

• Monitor the stock level daily and input information into a spreadsheet

   

• Perform research activities in order to identify new solutions for logistical challenges

   

• Assist the Supply Chain Manager in planning and organizing the distribution of goods

   

• Other duties as assigned
