Summer 2018 User Experience Research Intern at L brands
POSITION:
The Research team strives to understand what motivates customers who interact with Victoria’s Secret brands. Through a variety of methodologies, we support product and marketing teams who are continually trying to drive enhanced customer experience and greater business performance. Specifically, we advocate for the learnability, efficiency, memorability, and desirability of new or enhanced features and functionality across the breadth of the customer journey.
The research intern will assist Research and Testing Analysts in a variety of projects that address key moments in the customer journey. Through supporting methodologies such as interviews, surveys, mixed method studies, usability, and piloting new qualitative techniques, the Research Intern will partner with Analysts to collect, synthesize, and report on new customer learnings.
The Usability and User Research Intern will work to figure out the ‘why’ behind customer behavior to better inform product initiatives. They advocate for the user through rigorous analysis to interpret that voice for better product decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supporting UX research and testing on all formal, online and in-store user tests and interviews
· Aid in the creation of research and testing scripts
- Assist in the execution of formal research and testing: including setup and recording
- Support the creation of research and testing analysis and reports
- Synthesize customer feedback in the form of user observations
