I choose to work at Clara B. Ford because every day is an opportunity to help direct a student on a path to success. We work collectively not only on academics, but helping students learn skills that they will be able to transfer to the work force, college, or anything they choose to do once they leave our care. Working at CBF has a close family atmosphere which allows for many opportunities for collaboration and fun. All faculty members are given the opportunity to showcase strengths and have many leadership roles within in the building. Students and faculty are heavily supported academically and emotionally to enhance the learning atmosphere. Ms. Corsi, Assistant School Leader
