Real Estate Intern - Summer 2027
Visa’s Internship Program provides an immersive, 12-week journey where you’ll work on impactful projects that drive Visa’s mission forward. As a Visa intern, you’ll build valuable connections across the organization, sharpen your communication and business acumen, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment.
The Americas Real Estate and Facilities Management team within Corporate Services shapes and operates Visa’s workplaces across the region. We help determine where and how Visa invests in its physical footprint. To guide these decisions, we combine financial analysis, market and portfolio data, and input from business leaders and employees. Our work spans real estate strategy, leasing, design and construction, facilities and infrastructure, space planning, and financial management. Together, these capabilities help Visa make informed decisions about office locations, space, capital investments, and workplace operations while building an efficient, resilient portfolio that supports evolving business and employee needs. As an intern, you will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work alongside senior team members on real business priorities. You will gain valuable insight into the corporate real estate industry, how strategic and investment decisions are made, and how Visa operates as a global company
All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
