Leasing Professional

Job Summary:

In this role you will be a critical driver of property revenue through apartment leasing and marketing. Leasing Professionals are responsible for handling: online and in-person prospective residents, conducting property tours, and executing the property’s leasing, renewal, and marketing strategies, through social media, reputation management, and digital marketing. Our Property Management College Grad Program offers a structured learning experience, combining real-life and hands-on work experience with internal educational programs and stretch assignments. This program is designed to prepare participants for a position as an Assistant Community Manager, after which they will continue their professional and career development with Greystar.

Qualifications:

• Strong desire to learn real estate operations

·         Bachelor’s degree in residential property management or real estate

·         Strong GPA (3.0 or better)
