Location: Spartanburg, SC

Opportunity
Are you an engineer who’s looking to grow with a world-class organization known for our innovation and designs? Do you enjoy leading continuous improvement and cost savings efforts? If so, you should apply for our Continuous Improvement Engineer position in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

In this role, you will lead continuous improvement efforts and provide engineering analysis for the Spartanburg facility. You will also be responsible for the implementation of the KOS (Kohler Operating System), including coordination of continuous improvement workshop initiatives, tracking of performance metrics and training.

Skills/Requirements

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor of Science degree from an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited engineering program or engineering technology program or Bachelor of Science degree in a related field with successful completion of the EIT exam or a PE license.
* Seven or more years of work experience showing high performance, results and demonstrated competency in key skills.
* Proven successes using continuous process improvement methods and techniques.
* Proven successes in cost savings initiatives.
* Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
