Job Summary:
Direct responsibility in the management and administration of all aspects of the Athletic Ticket Office for Gonzaga University.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years experience working in a collegiate athletic department, ticket office, or related field
- Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- Knowledge of Paciolan t.fund Software
