The role

You are a customer success associate. You welcome new users, help them get value fast, and ask happy customers to refer friends and teammates. Fully remote, flexible hours, work around class.

What you do

Reach out to new users and answer questions. Share quick tips and walkthroughs. Collect feedback and wins. Turn happy customers into referrals.

Pay

Commission only. No base pay. You earn recurring commission on every customer you bring in or refer, and top performers can move into paid team roles.

Who you are

Friendly, organized and a good listener. No experience needed, we train you.
