Social Studio is a Miami creative and growth agency. Maison AI is our AI product line for founders and brands who want an unfair advantage. We close high-ticket AI systems, marketing retainers, and client coaching/consulting offers. If you love the hunt and the close, this is your seat.

 

The role

You own the close. Qualified conversations come your way — from our setters, from inbound, and from your own outreach — and you turn them into paid clients. Remote-friendly, Miami energy, founder-led.

 

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery and closing calls on high-ticket AI and marketing offers
  • Follow a clear sales process: qualify → present → handle objections → close
  • Keep CRM tight: notes, next steps, pipeline hygiene every day
  • Work with Appointment Setters so show rates and handoffs stay sharp
  • Use AI daily to prep calls, research prospects, and tighten follow-ups
  • Hit weekly close and revenue targets once ramped

 

AI Requirements

You must already use AI every day with your own Claude, Grok, or ChatGPT account. We do not train you from zero on AI. Be ready to show how you use it — call prep, research, scripts, follow-ups, or anything that makes you faster and sharper. No account, no interview.

 

Must-haves

  • Real closing experience (SaaS, agency, consulting, coaching, insurance, real estate, or similar)
  • Numbers you can stand behind: revenue closed, average deal size, close rate, or best month
  • Comfortable on the phone and on camera; cold and warm conversations both
  • Hungry, coachable, and okay with commission-only compensation
  • US work authorization preferred

 

Compensation

Commission only, starting at 20% and increasing with performance. Leads and training provided. Top closers scale their rate as results compound. No base salary on this role.
