Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee/Analyst
The Charleston, WV office of Integra Realty Resources, the nation’s largest independent valuation and consulting firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee to join our team and work under the direction of a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser/MAI. This role offers hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and exposure to a variety of complex assignments across multiple property types and valuation purposes-including—litigation support and financial reporting to acquisition, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate who is highly motivated, analytical, and eager to build a long-term career in commercial real estate appraisal with a respected national firm. We provide base compensation along with support for licensing, continuing education, and industry credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting research, market analysis, and valuations for a broad spectrum of commercial real estate assets.
- Prepare detailed appraisal and consulting reports tailored to client needs.
- Work alongside senior-level appraisers and MAI-designated professionals.
- Interface directly with clients, providing clear, data-supported insights.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments in adynamic, fast-paced environment.
