Job Description
Stream offers a ten-week brokerage-focused rotational program that places students within the landlord and tenant representation teams. Summer Analysts interact and work alongside not only the full-time Analysts, but also the leasing and tenant representation brokers while being immersed in our firm’s unique culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Attain knowledge in understanding the full spectrum of responsibilities and day-to-day tasks involved with project leasing and tenant representation
- Provide analytical and marketing support to the team
- Strive to become an expert on market / submarket
- Assist with market surveys, land and amenity maps, competitive sets, lease abstracts, and prospect reports
- Participate in property tours and stacking plans for properties
- Coordinate tour packets and sales pitch materials
- Assist with special projects as needed throughout duration of internship
- Conduct a research project and present final product to the team
- Network with real estate professionals
Qualifications
- Obtaining an undergraduate degree; preferably a rising senior
- Interest in the commercial real estate industry
- Previous internship experience a plus
- Involvement on campus
- Basic knowledge or understanding of finance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Proficient with MS Excel

Office Preference:
- Please do not submit more than one application to our Summer Program as you will have the option to list additional ranked city preferences if needed. Please note that if you are considered for a role, you will be asked to travel to that office location for the final in-person interviews.

Timeline:
- We recommend applying to your preferred office location quickly as applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the semester. Our applications open in the beginning of August, with on-campus interviews and recruiter screens occurring throughout the fall campus recruiting season. Our final in-person interviews are typically held in October and early November, with offer decisions made in mid-November and early December.
