Retail Real Estate Sales Agent 

About the Job

 

OnSite Retail Group, a highly reputable commercial retail estate brokerage company in Cincinnati, OH is looking for a self-motivated, organized, and outgoing individual to handle client relations, leasing, sales, and marketing of listings. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Learning and understanding the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus retail markets.
  • Assisting Principals and other agents of the company on listings, tenant representation accounts and new business.
  • Foster relationships with Landlords and Retailers.
  • Sales and Leasing of retail properties.
  • Learn to analyze and provide financial information and analytical data, e.g., demographics.
  • Make cold calls, build-up clientele and prospect for listings.
  • Handle leasing, marketing, and customer service responsibilities with other agents in the company. 
  • Focus on converting leads into sales by outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Develop innovative strategies for marketing of listings.
  • Have the ability to learn and understand working transactions, i.e., Listing Agreements, Marketing, Letters of Intent, Work Letters, Floor Plans, Site Plans, Construction Exhibits, Signage, Contracts, Due Diligence Materials, Follow-Up and Closing.
  • Develop market research resources, i.e., Auditor Websites, LoopNet, Traffic Counts, Retail Lease Trac, etc. 

Requirements:

  • Attendance at all Tuesday activity meetings from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm and report on leasing activity.
  • Submit bi-monthly leasing activity reports by 12:00 pm every Monday, the day before the Tuesday meeting.
  • Participate in International Council of Shopping Centers conventions and International Council of Shopping Centers Next generation meetings.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Real Estate
  • Have or willing to get Ohio and Kentucky sales licenses.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
  • Team player
  • Strong ability to multi-task
