We are currently looking for a team member responsible for supporting the technical needs of our clients, both in person and remotely. Support will include computers/laptops, mobile devices (Android & iOS), software applications, and associated technology and services at a variety of client locations. This position does not come with any supervisory responsibilities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned ):

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, network, and software problems
  • Maintain records of technical support requests and needs for various sites
  • Install and upgrade hardware, operating systems, and software programs
  • Communicate with end users during the support process
  • Maintain user logins and passwords for various services
  • Maintain software and hardware inventories
  • Provide customer support through our help desk
  • Process warranty repair claims

Requirements :

  • High school diploma (an Associate’s degree or higher in a computer or information technology related field is preferred)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with TCP/IP networking
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows Server
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows 7 or later
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with mobile devices
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and the ability to follow directions independently
  • Possess an interest in growth and continuous improvement

*Preferred:

  • Experience with both wired and wireless network technologies
  • Experience with mobile device management systems
  • Experience with disk cloning or imaging systems
  • Experience with documenting technology solutions
