What I liked

I liked the hourly wage I got, the people, and that I got to work with paint.

What I wish was different

I wish the way I was trained in was different as I was confused a lot and didn't know how to ask certain questions. Additionally, within my first month I was working alone at times. I figured it out, but it was still scary.

Advice

You got this! Don't take people's words personally. There's a lot of customers who just need to take their frustrations out on an associate.

Sales Associate

April 2020 • Cranberry Township, PA

What I liked

I enjoyed learning how to interact with customers at a retail store. Many different customer interactions caused me to learn how to approach certain people and lead them to what they need.
